How does the mail-in service work?
Pay for the service on our site, you receive shipping instructions and our address by email within minutes, you ship the module to us, we complete the work in 24 hours of receipt, and we ship it back the next business day with return shipping included.
Where do I ship my module?
Ship to: Auto Module Lab, 1168 W Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. The exact instructions are emailed to you the moment your payment clears.
Do you cover return shipping?
Yes. The customer pays shipping to us; we cover return shipping back to you. Tracking is emailed when your module ships out.
How fast is turnaround?
24 hours from receipt. If your part arrives Tuesday, it ships back Wednesday. We send a photo of the completed work plus tracking the moment it leaves.
Is there a warranty?
6-month warranty on all programming work. 1-year warranty on the ELV emulator hardware. If something doesn't work after install, message us and we troubleshoot or redo at no charge if the fault was on our end.
Do you do wholesale / trade pricing for shops?
Yes. Shops or locksmiths sending us 5+ modules per month qualify for a trade account with discounted pricing. Email us for terms.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
Text us at (817) 586-9634 before ordering. We help diagnose the right fix before you ship a part. Send a clear photo of the module if you can.
What if my module is damaged in shipping?
We photograph all incoming packages on arrival. If anything looks damaged in transit, we notify you immediately with photos. You'll need to file a claim with the carrier you used — and we can help with documentation.
Can you do mileage rollback on instrument clusters?
No. We only sync mileage to the actual recorded value of the vehicle (from ECU, BCM, or the original cluster). Rollbacks are illegal under federal law and we will not perform them under any circumstances.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay work where supported.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US-only. We may add Canada in the future. International customers can email us for one-off arrangements.
How do I know my module arrived?
You can email us your tracking number, or we'll email you when we receive and open the package. Most US shipments arrive within 2-4 days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
