Will This Fix My Problem?

Honest answer: here's exactly what this service fixes — and what it doesn't.

Fixes:

  • ✓Replaced cluster shows wrong mileage
  • ✓Upgraded to a higher-trim cluster — needs VIN coding
  • ✓New cluster shows "Theft" or "Wait to Start" and will not crank
  • ✓Passlock counter triggered, vehicle will not start

Won't fix:

  • ✗Backlight LED failures (separate repair)
  • ✗Stepper motor / needle failures (we program, not rebuild)

You pay shipping to us. Return shipping is selected and paid at checkout — Standard $24.95 (3–5 days), UPS 2-Day $54.95, or UPS overnight $94.95. For mileage sync, ship both the original (or its EEPROM dump / a clear mileage photo) AND the target cluster.

Can you upgrade a base Silverado cluster to an LTZ or Denali digital one?
Yes. We VIN-marry the upgraded cluster, sync mileage, and clear anti-theft so it starts on your keys. On K2 (2014-2018) trucks this covers the 8" color Denali-style cluster. This price is for a cluster you supply or source; if you want a brand-new GM Denali cluster supplied and programmed, see our Denali Cluster Upgrade Kit.
Will the truck start after install?
Yes. We clear the Passlock / theft-deterrent counter so your existing keys work on the programmed cluster. No dealer trip required.
Do you do mileage rollback?
No. We only sync to the actual recorded mileage of your truck (from ECM, BCM, or your original cluster). Rollbacks are illegal under federal law.
What if my original cluster is destroyed?
Send a photo of the last known odometer reading or a recent inspection record. We sync to that value.
How fast?
24 hours from receipt. We send a photo of the bench-test reading before it ships back.
